Returns
If the item you have purchased is not suitable then returns will be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unworn with labels still attached and in the original purchase condition and packaging.
To complete your return please contact the store via enquiry@frankieandmae.com.au or 03 5424 1609 to obtain an RA number (Return Authorisation). The receipt or proof of purchase is required to make a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Exchange or store credit will be offered for returns.
Items exempt from returns:
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Pierced jewellery items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gifts Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty items
We will happily repair, exchange or refund faulty items within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please contact the store via enquiry@frankieandmae.com.au or 03 5424 1609 to discuss the faulty item.
